About the Black Tie Awards 2011

Every year, the Duncan-Cowichan Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with our sponsors, presents the Black Tie Awards. The Awards recognize excellence in business and volunteerism in the Cowichan Valley. The Awards will be presented at the Awards Ceremony and Banquet Saturday, April 28, 2012.
