An employee or volunteer who demonstrates excellence in customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty, always ready and willing to help with a smile.

VOLUNTEER:

A volunteer who has given extraordinary help or care to individuals, families, non-profit or charitable groups, community service or humanitarian causes.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR:

A new business owner under the age of 40 who started a business within the last three years, who demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit with excellent prospects for continued growth.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT: 1 - 10 EMPLOYEES

(Formerly Home-Based Business) A business owner or operator who operates a successful business with 1 - 10 employees. Nominees demonstrate initiative, community involvement, sound business management, creativity and consistent growth.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT: 11 - 19 EMPLOYEES

A business owner or operator who operates a successful business with 11- 19 employees. Nominees demonstrate initiative, community involvement, sound business management, creativity and consistent growth.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT: 20 or MORE EMPLOYEES

A business owner or operator who operates a successful business with 20 or more employees. Nominees demonstrate initiative, community involvement, sound business management, creativity and consistent growth.

GREEN BUSINESS:

A business that implements environmentally sustainable practices; demonstrating leadership in lessening their impact on the environment by reducing, solving or avoiding environmental issues.

ART IN BUSINESS:

Presented to an individual who has developed a successful, growing business creating and selling their art, and who demonstrates sound management, leadership, and community commitment.
