The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade (VBOT) has reinvented itself over the last few years. They wiped out a $1.6 million deficit, stepped up their programming, and emerged as an incredibly vital, effective business organization.
CEO Iain Black, with the VBOT Board, was central to the restructuring, and exciting new programming that brings world class speakers like Hillary Clinton to Vancouver. This past October, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC) presented Black with the CCEC Executive of the Year award. Click here for background on the VBOT and Iain Black.
Iain will speak to themes of transformation, and his view of what's on the horizon for BC businesses.
We're booked at the Cowichan Golf and Country Club for another great luncheon from Cory Ursalan's Warmlands Hospitality team!
