This is your opportunity to reflect on the past year's successes\, participate in electing our new Board of Directors\, and help set our sights for the year ahead.\n\nSpecial Guest Speakers from SD79:\n\nWe are excited to welcome Cathy Schmidt\, Chair of the Cowichan Valley School District\, and Jason Sandquist\, School District Secretary Treasurer. They will provide a valuable look into the state of education in the Cowichan Valley and update us on the developments in the construction of the new high school. Don't miss this opportunity to hear from leaders shaping the future of local education!\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\n\n	5:00 PM | Registration & Networking\n	6:00 PM | AGM\n	7:30 PM | Meeting concludes\n\n\nWhat's in Store:\nBoard Elections: Members in good standing will have the opportunity to elect or acclaim new and returning Directors. Please ensure your Membership Investments are up to date to secure your voting eligibility. While multiple representatives from your organization can attend\, voting is limited to one vote per member organization.\n\n\n\nSupport a Local Cause: We are also collecting non-food donations or cash for the Toys Toiletries and Toques initiative. Your contributions will help bring joy to local families this holiday season.\n\n \nTicket Info:\nTickets are $35 per person and include access to a generous appetizer buffet. A cash bar will also be available. 5-Pack tickets can be used for this event.\n\n\n\nTo ensure a smooth experience for everyone\, please note our ticket policy:\n\n\n	Prepayment Required: All tickets need to be paid for in advance.\n	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your ticket more than 48 hours before the event\, we'll happily offer you a credit that you can use for any future event.\n	Non-Refundable: Unfortunately\, if you cancel within 48 hours of the event\, we cannot offer a refund or credit.\n\n\nThank you for understanding and helping us plan better!
