Join us for our 2025 Annual General Meeting as we celebrate the milestones of the past year\, welcome new and returning Directors\, and share ideas for the year to come.\n\nWe're delighted to welcome Ren e Olson\, CPM\, MBA\, Interim CEO of Khowutzun Development Corporation\, as our guest speaker. Ren e is known for her optimism\, leadership\, and ability to bring people together around shared goals. She works closely with Quw'utsun Citizens to support their businesses and projects\, building stronger partnerships across the region. A champion for women in trades and former Education Director of the Women in Construction (WiC) Victoria Chapter\, Ren e brings a unique mix of private-sector insight and community spirit to every conversation.\n\nWhat to Expect\n\nEnjoy a delicious appetizer buffet from Vancouver Island Event Catering\, topped off with desserts from Duncan Garage Caf  & Bakery. A cash bar will be available.\n\nMembers in good standing will elect or acclaim the 2025 Board of Directors. Please ensure your membership is current to participate in voting.\n\nWe're also collecting non-food donations and cash for the Toys\, Toiletries & Toques initiative   a simple way to bring comfort and care to local families this holiday season.\n\nTickets\n\n$35 | Members and their guests\n\nAdvance registration and prepayment are required.\n\nTo ensure a smooth experience for everyone\, please note our ticket policy:\n\n\n	Prepayment Required: All tickets need to be paid for in advance.\n	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your ticket more than 48 hours before the event\, we'll happily offer you a credit that you can use for any future event.\n	Non-Refundable: Unfortunately\, if you cancel within 48 hours of the event\, we cannot offer a refund or credit.\n\n\nThank you for understanding and helping us plan better!
