Maryann and Brett Hartmann refreshed the original expansive\, heritage farm house and opened Fairburn Farmstay & Guesthouse in 2011. The farm is also home to Canada's first water buffalo dairy farm. Fairburn is only a 15 minute drive from downtown Duncan. Join us for a restorative stroll among the rolling hills and cornfields at Fairburn Farmstay & Guesthouse.\n\n\n\nNext we'll visit Alderlea Farm & Cafe. Alderlea supplies their Cafe with biodynamic and organically grown produce to make soups\, pizzas\, salads and bread. And you can get a great latte there too. Alderlea Farm is famous for their Community Supported Agriculture program that supplies 200 Cowichan families with fresh\, healthy produce.
