DESCRIPTION:Community Futures is a community lender that assists small business in our region.  Working with entrepreneurs we help them get the capital to start\, buy\, or expand a business. From our presentation you'll learn the importance of financial statements in making a loan decision\, what a lender looks for in a business plan and tips on if growing your business with more debt is a good idea. We'll explain how to demonstrate viability and debt serviceability from business cash flow.  Learn how we can work alone to provide loans or when we work with a client's existing financial institution  to provide a financing option that meets their needs.\n\n\n\nThank you to Community Futures Cowichan  for presenting and hosting this event at their location.
