In this mindfulness journey led by art therapist Farrell Elliott\, immerse yourself in the outdoors as you use natural materials to explore your everyday life\, roles and experiences. You will start to explore your own personal journey\, self expression and identity and how to connect it to the natural world around you. Art activities provided will be tools for you to use now and beyond the workshop. Please bring a journal and pen and dress weather appropriately\, we will be outside.
