We offer services for those from Mill Bay to Ladysmith with over 3400 people in the Cowichan Area that could benefit from our services. Frank's 2nd Annual Car Rally will take place on Sunday\, August 22nd from 1-4 pm on site at CBIS. There are registration fees of $25 for CBIS members and $50 for non-members. This covers the cost of the car to enter in the rally. All proceeds will go towards delivering our programs and services. There will be a BBQ following the event for those who would like to stay.
