We are excited to announce our September 2022 Luncheon is How to Do Diversity Equity and Inclusion in Your Workplace and How to Do It Well. Guests will hear from 5 panelists who will speak to inclusive hiring and belonging\, and creating a workplace to embrace diversity and equity. \;

\nThis will be a slightly longer event due to the topic\, and multiple people speaking in a panel style event. We are also holding this on a Friday\, rather than our usual Thursday luncheon. This is a well-timed event \;as more businesses are having these conversations about being more inclusive in their hiring practices\, as well as how to support these employees and creating a welcoming culture in the workplace. September is also Disability Employment Month in BC - an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of people with disabilities in the workplace\, and the employers and communities who support their success.

\nThis event will include a catered lunch\, followed by a panel discussion which will go to 1:30 p.m. Guests should plan on an extended event.

\nThis Luncheon event will be held at the meeting space at the Ramada Duncan\, it'\;s been a couple of years since we'\;ve been able to host our Monthly Luncheon at the Ramada. \; It'\;s great to be back!
