About Us
Trimlight Van Isle is the exclusive dealer for Trimlight® permanent, programmable LED lighting—the “set-it-once, enjoy-forever” holiday & accent lighting system for homes and businesses. We also deliver year-round exterior home services under TVI Home Services: window washing, roof de-mossing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
The Opportunity
We’re expanding fast and need hungry, coachable salespeople who love the thrill of closing deals in the field. You’ll sell recession-resistant products that customers rave about.
What You’ll Do
* Run pre-qualified leads (company-supplied via web, referrals, events)
* Self-generate leads through door-knocking, networking, B2B outreach, home-show booths, cold calls
* Perform on-site demos of Trimlight’s app-controlled colour-changing system
* Cross-sell TVI’s seasonal services bundle for bigger tickets
* Close deals the same day—average sale $3K–$10K+
Compensation & Support
* Commission based ($75K–$120K+ realistic first-year potential)
* Paid training camp (product, demo, scripts, ride-alongs)
* Demo kit, tablet, marketing collateral 
* Gas & phone stipend for top producers
Schedule
Part-time (15–25 hrs/wk) OR Full-time (35–45 hrs/wk) – you pick. Evenings & Saturdays required during Home Shows
Who Thrives Here
* 1+ years outside sales / home-improvement / canvassing (roofing, solar, pest, windows, etc.)
* Clean driver’s license & reliable vehicle
* Smartphone proficiency + comfort with CRM apps
* No lighting experience required—we teach the product
