This session will focus on how WCB claims impact your business, why it is important to understand this impact and what you (the employer) can do or not do to mitigate costs. Pamela Stover, PD Stover Professional Corporation, will take you on a roller coaster ride of knowledge, fun facts and interactive engagement on why it is important to protect your business, productivity and your bottom line. Prepare to ask and answer questions, as we tackle some of the biggest challenges that can arise when faced with a claim. No matter how big or small your business is, you will walk away with more insight into the WCB Act.
