BIG Business Mixer 2026

We are excited to launch the BIG Business Mixer, a reimagined take on our former Business Showcase/Business Expo. This vibrant, Mixer-style event brings together businesses of all sizes for an evening of networking, discovery, and community connection.
Instead of a traditional tradeshow, we’re hosting one BIG gathering where exhibitors and attendees can mix, mingle, and explore what makes Cowichan businesses shine. Held during Chamber Week 2026, this event celebrates the organizations and individuals who truly are the Chamber.
Exhibitor Information
We are now accepting requests for exhibitor booths. Space is limited to 22 exhibitors, and booths are expected to sell out quickly.
Booth Fee: $125
Includes:
• 6 ft skirted table
• Wi-Fi access
• Ability to make on-site sales
• Limited access to electrical outlets
Door prize donations are encouraged.
Set Up: 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Networking + Presentations: 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Mixer: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Food and beverage, bar service, and entertainment details will be shared soon.
