The nearby Juan de Fuca and Haro Straits are home to Bigg's Killer Whales and Humpback Whales – you’ll have plenty of opportunities for an encounter with these magnificent creatures. During peak viewing months, our success rate for spotting whales is greater than 95%.

Local marine wildlife also includes Dall’s & Harbour porpoises, Stellar & California Sea Lions, Harbour & Elephant seals, Otters and a variety of birds.
