BIG Business Mixer 2026 Presented in partnership with Island Savings Thursday, February 12, 2026 | 4:00 ? 7:00 p.m. Comeakin Hall, Khowutzun Heritage Centre (Formerly the Quw?utsun Cultural Centre) Free to attend | Open to members, guests, and the public We are excited to launch the BIG Business Mixer, a reimagined take on our former Business Showcase/Business Expo. This vibrant, Mixer-style event brings together businesses of all sizes for an evening of networking, discovery, and community connection. Instead of a traditional tradeshow, we?re hosting one BIG gathering where exhibitors and attendees can mix, mingle, and explore what makes Cowichan businesses shine. Held during Chamber Week 2026, this event celebrates the organizations and individuals who truly are the Chamber. Exhibitor Information We are now accepting requests for exhibitor booths. Space is limited to 22 exhibitors, and booths are expected to sell out quickly. Booth Fee: $125 Includes: ? 6 ft skirted table ? Wi-Fi access ? Ability to make on-site sales ? Limited access to electrical outlets Door prize donations are encouraged. Set Up: 1:00 ? 3:30 p.m. Exhibitor Networking + Presentations: 3:30 ? 4:00 p.m. Mixer: 4:00 ? 7:00 p.m. Food and beverage, bar service, and entertainment details will be shared soon. Chamber Christmas Breakfast 2025
The season is calling, and we are kicking it off with one of our favourite Chamber traditions. Join us on Friday, December 12, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Cowichan Regional Visitor Centre for a cheerful morning of festive flavours, good company, and holiday fun. We will start things off with the famous eggnog cinnamon buns from Old Town Bakery, along with other holiday treats and fresh hot coffee. It is cozy, comforting, and the perfect way to ease into the season with fellow members. And yes, we are keeping the friendly competition alive. This year, we are trading microphones for bingo cards and letting the Christmas playlist take the spotlight with a game of Music Bingo! Hear a song you recognize, mark your square, and see if you can snag a win. It is simple, playful, and adds a festive spark to the morning. Whether you come for the food, the music, or the warm holiday atmosphere, this breakfast is a chance to gather, connect, and share some seasonal cheer before the year winds down.
