WEDDERSPOON MANUKA HONEY IS SOURCED FROM NEW ZEALAND’S NORTH AND SOUTH ISLANDS.
This is where our beekeeping partners tend to and transport the hives for harvest. Our Manuka Honey is produced using a raw creaming process to maintain all of the naturally-occurring beneficial wellness properties inherent in this unique functional food. Our honeys, drops and apple cider vinegar bear the FernMark license which serves as third party verification that our products are authentically from New Zealand.

Our KFactor methodology goes above and beyond the MPI regulations for Manuka Honey and is comprised of five ‘key factors’ which focus on the holistic qualities of authentic Manuka Honey. We don’t add or take away anything from our Manuka Honey – IT'S TRULY HIVE TO HOME.
KFactor 16, Monofloral Manuka, is our honey that is ''wholly or mostly'' from the Leptospermum scoparium (manuka) plant.
KFactor 12, Multifloral Manuka, is our honey blend that has a variety of plant sources, but has a significant amount from the Leptospermum scoparium (manuka) plant. As bees have a considerable flight distance and need variety in their diet, a honey will never be 100% one nectar source.
